Announcing the 2025 Cost of Living Adjustment for Probate Court Judges

The Judges of the Probate Court Retirement Fund of Georgia is pleased to announce a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) effective January 1, 2025. Current and future retirees will receive a COLA of 1.5%. This adjustment ensures the fund continues to provide valuable support to its members while reflecting changes in economic conditions. Retirees will see this change reflected in the payment issued on January 28, 2025.

Important Reminder About 2024 Tax Forms

As we move into the new year, retirees are reminded that their 2024 1099-R tax forms will be issued by U.S. Bank via mail. These forms are essential for completing your annual tax filings and will be sent to the address on file with the retirement fund.

In addition to receiving the 1099-R by mail, retirees can utilize the U.S. Bank Pensioner Portal to review their account and obtain their 1099-R once it becomes available. The Pensioner Portal is a convenient and secure way to access your financial documents, check your benefits, and stay informed about your retirement account.
