Retiree Account Changes

It is important to keep your mailing address up to date. If your banking information becomes invalid, payments may be reissued by check and mailed to the address on file. To update your address, please submit the Contact Information Change Request form. 

Pension benefits are subject to both federal and state income taxes. You may change your tax withholding at any time by submitting an Income Tax Withholding form.

Elections must be entered as a dollar amount or percentage Tax calculations are not performed by the JPC office

Direct deposit is required for all retirees. Your monthly benefit is deposited into your bank account at the end of each month, though timing may vary by bank. To update your information, submit a Direct Deposit form with a voided check or bank letter. All changes are verified by phone for security.
